About – Four Seasons Cabin Rentals .LLC

Hi we are the Pickett’s Rick & Kelly. We own and operate Four Seasons Campground and Cabin Rentals. Our business started out as a private campground 13 years ago. It all began with a parcel of reclaimed coal mine land that had been overrun with briars and weeds. With a lot of work and help from family and friends its now a quiet relaxing piece of land we call Four Seasons. We have 17 campsites that we lease by the year and 4 rental cabins. Our property consists of 67 acres with 2 lakes for fishing and pleasure trail for riding golf carts, four wheelers or utv’s.

The property around us is owned by the Department of Natural Resources and is part of the Hillenbrand Fish and Wildlife area. There are many lakes close by for fishing and lots of land for hunting per D.N.R. regulations.

Kelly and I live on site and the campground is still private we have a gate at the entrance that is locked every evening and only those with keys are allowed to enter this helps with keeping things peaceful and quiet. We don’t allow primitive or weekend camping only yearly lease campers. Also we don’t allow pets in our rental cabins due to past issues. Thank you for your interest in Four Seasons. Rick & Kelly Pickett Notice effective January 1, 2023 our Rates will be $65/ night. If you have already booked we will honor the $50 rate. Please note we don’t allow pets in our cabins no exceptions if you bring your pet you will be asked to leave with no refund. We still have people who try to bring them in and we are making no exceptions.There is now a 4 adult with children limit per cabin. To those of you who want to bring a large group for $65 a night we have 4 cabins your extra guest cost us money so goes the reason for the increase in price it only takes a few to ruin it for all.
